Section 34
Delegation of Rights Delegation of Rights

(1) The Commission may delegate some of the powers it has received under this Act to the chairman, member, secretary or the sub-committee or task force formed in accordance with section 31 as necessary.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the power of the commission to make reconciliation or to recommend compensation, pardon or action shall not be delegated.
